This package contains two programs:
msexpand, which decompress files compressed by Microsoft compress.exe utility
(e.g. Win 3.x installation files)
mscompress, which compress files using LZ77 compression algorithm. Output
files can be decompressed using Microsoft expand.exe or msexpand(1).
Binary packages can be installed with the high-level tool
pkgin
(which can be installed with pkg_add)
or
pkg_add(1)
(installed by default).
The NetBSD packages collection is also designed to permit
easy installation from source.

The pkg_admin audit
